4.2.1. Packing level Standard means that Brizo provides all the packaging material, filling material, tape, etc., that may be necessary for packing and packs according to Brizo’s standard procedures. In addition, Brizo can add a delivery note or return label.
4.2.2. Packaging level Premium means that either Brizo or the Customer provides packaging material. Packing takes place according to Brizo’s standard procedures, and Brizo provides filling material, tape, etc., that may be necessary for packing. In addition, Brizo can add up to three things: a delivery note, return label, sample, and/or marketing material, and put a sticker on the package.
4.2.3. Packing level Excellence means that either Brizo or the Customer provides packaging and/or filling material. Packing takes place according to procedures agreed upon between Brizo and the Customer. Such a routine may, for example, include tissue paper that encloses the products and is closed with a sticker. Brizo can add up to five things: a delivery note, return label, sample, and/or marketing material, and put up to two stickers on the package.
4.2.4. Choice of level for packing applies to all of the Customer’s packages, and if the Customer has different levels, all packages are charged for the highest of the Customer’s levels.
4.2.5. If the Customer wants their own packaging material, stickers, marketing material, or the like, the Customer must produce, purchase, and send it to Brizo.
