SERVICE SPECIFICATION

1. DEFINITIONS

On this page, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set forth below:

 “Brizo” means the company Brizo AB with registration number 559360-0082.

The “Customer” means the customer who uses Brizo’s services.

2. STORAGE

2.1. Description of the service

Brizo operates a warehouse business and provides a service where the Customer can rent space in Brizo’s various warehouses to store physical goods.

2.2. Terms

2.2.1. The Customer can freely and dynamically choose how much storage space they need based on their needs. However, Brizo reserves the right to decide how the goods will be stored.

2.2.2. Brizo has two types of warehouses: central warehouses and local hubs. A central warehouse is outside the big cities, while a local hub is inside or in close proximity to a big city.

2.2.3. Brizo reserves the right to deny the Customer storage space if the space in a certain warehouse is full. Brizo also reserves the right to refuse the Customer to store certain types of physical goods if the goods that the Customer wants to store:

  • are against the law of the country in which they are to be stored,
  • can be classified as dangerous goods or
  • are not wanted or cannot be handled by Brizo. 

2.3. Price

Storage space at Brizo is charged per shelf or pallet.

Central warehouse: The price per shelf that is 90 centimeters wide, 40 centimeters deep, and 20-40 centimeters tall is SEK 24.99, excluding VAT per month. The price per pallet, which is 80 centimeters wide, 120 centimeters deep, and 140 centimeters tall, is SEK 79.99, excluding VAT, per month.

Local hub: The price per shelf that is 90 centimeters wide, 40 centimeters deep, and 20-40 centimeters tall is SEK 29.99, excluding VAT per month. The price per pallet, which is 80 centimeters wide, 120 centimeters deep, and 140 centimeters tall, is SEK 99.99, excluding VAT, per month.

3. PICKING

3.1. Description of the service

Brizo offers to handle the Customer’s orders, including the service of picking physical goods stored at Brizo.

3.2. Price

For each unique item picked by Brizo, the Customer is charged SEK 2.49 excluding VAT, and for additional items of the same type picked by Brizo, the Customer is charged SEK 0.19 excluding VAT.

Example: If an order consists of a water jug, three coffee cups, and four plates, picking this order will be charged as three unique goods (a water jug, a coffee cup, and a plate) as well as five additional goods of the same type (two coffee cups and three plates).

4. PACKING

4.1. Description of the service

Brizo offers handling of the Customer’s orders, including the service of packing the physical goods ordered and stored at Brizo. The Customer can choose between three different levels of packing that Brizo offers: Standard, Premium, and Excellence.

4.2. Terms

4.2.1. Packing level Standard means that Brizo provides all the packaging material, filling material, tape, etc., that may be necessary for packing and packs according to Brizo’s standard procedures. In addition, Brizo can add a delivery note or return label.

4.2.2. Packaging level Premium means that either Brizo or the Customer provides packaging material. Packing takes place according to Brizo’s standard procedures, and Brizo provides filling material, tape, etc., that may be necessary for packing. In addition, Brizo can add up to three things: a delivery note, return label, sample, and/or marketing material, and put a sticker on the package.

4.2.3. Packing level Excellence means that either Brizo or the Customer provides packaging and/or filling material. Packing takes place according to procedures agreed upon between Brizo and the Customer. Such a routine may, for example, include tissue paper that encloses the products and is closed with a sticker. Brizo can add up to five things: a delivery note, return label, sample, and/or marketing material, and put up to two stickers on the package.

4.2.4. Choice of level for packing applies to all of the Customer’s packages, and if the Customer has different levels, all packages are charged for the highest of the Customer’s levels.

4.3. Price

4.3.1. For each unique order packed by Brizo according to level Standard, the Customer is charged SEK 9.99 excluding VAT.

4.3.2. For each unique order packed by Brizo according to level Premium, the Customer is charged SEK 14.99 excluding VAT.

4.3.3. For each unique order packed by Brizo according to level Excellence, the Customer is charged SEK 19.99 excluding VAT.

4.3.4. If Brizo provides packaging material, the Customer will be charged the purchase price plus 19.99%, provided information regarding what packaging material was used for a specific order is available. If the information regarding which packaging material was used in a particular order is unavailable, the Customer will be charged SEK 4.99, excluding VAT, for packaging for each unique order.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. Description of the service

Brizo can hand over a processed order to one of the delivery partners with whom Brizo has an agreement.

5.2. Terms

5.2.1. The Customer can use Brizo’s agreement with delivery partners to get Brizo’s prices. Alternatively, the Customer can use their own agreements and customer numbers with delivery partners.

5.2.2. Brizo is not responsible for the order and delivery after Brizo has handed it over to a delivery partner.

5.2.3. For failed delivery, the Customer must compensate Brizo for the costs incurred. The costs for restocking a return and re-preparing the package for dispatch will be calculated at the same price as processing an order and a return.

5.2.4. If shipping abroad is only possible if the Customer’s goods are customs cleared, the order for shipping also includes customs clearance.

5.2.5. The Customer undertakes to provide all information required for customs clearance wholly and honestly and is responsible for any damages arising from incomplete or incorrect information or actions.

5.3. Price

5.3.1. If the Customer uses its own agreements and customer numbers with delivery partners, the Customer is charged directly by the delivery partners for the delivery cost.

5.3.2. If the Customer uses Brizo’s agreements with delivery partners, Brizo will charge the Customer for delivery costs. This charge is based on the price that delivery partners charge Brizo at any given time, as well as fees, surcharges, and discounts, which are determined by delivery partners and/or Brizo and may vary over time.

5.3.3. Regardless of whether the Customer uses its own or Brizo’s agreements with delivery partners, an administrative fee of SEK 1.99, excluding VAT, is added per delivery.

5.3.4. If the Customer wishes deliveries outside the EU, a fixed fee of SEK 999.99 excluding VAT per month, is added.

6. RETURN HANDLING

6.1. Description of the service

Brizo can handle returns, which include receiving the goods, inspecting them, notifying the Customer of damage and other problems, and registering and returning the goods to stock.

6.2. Price

For each unique order that is returned to Brizo, the Customer is charged SEK 14.99 excluding VAT and for each product in the order the Customer is charged SEK 4.99 excluding VAT.

7. SUPPORT

7.1. Description of the service

Brizo offers the Customer support via e-mail and can also, if desired, manage the Customer’s support towards its customers via e-mail.

7.2. Price

Brizo provides free support to the Customer. If the Customer wishes Brizo to handle the Customer’s support vis-à-vis its customers, SEK 39.99 excluding VAT, will be charged per incoming support case.

8. IT SERVICES

8.1. Description of the service

Brizo offers the Customer technical support if necessary.

8.2. Price

8.2.1. Brizo helps the Customer integrate their e-commerce with Brizo’s system free of charge at start-up.

8.2.2. For other technical support, the Customer is charged SEK 1,499.99 excluding VAT per hour.

9. OTHER SERVICES

9.1. Description of the service

If Brizo and the Customer agree that Brizo shall assist the Customer with other services in addition to those mentioned above, the prices below apply. This includes, for example, inbound delivery, stocktaking, customs handling, pre-packing of kits, etc.

9.2. Price

For other services, the Customer is charged SEK 349.99 excluding VAT per hour.

10. OTHER

10.1. Description of the service

Other costs not covered by the above points.

10.2. Price

10.2.1. If Brizo cannot complete an order due to missing or incorrect information, for example, address, customer, or customs information, a fee of SEK 99.99, excluding VAT, per order is charged.

10.2.2. If a delivery arrives at Brizo’s warehouse without a completed purchase order, and it has not been mediated and approved by Brizo before, a one-time fee of SEK 99.99 excluding VAT is charged and SEK 99.99 excluding VAT per pallet per day that the delivery is in Brizo’s warehouse without being fully remedied.

10.2.3. If a product cannot be scanned due to incorrect barcode information, SEK 19.99, excluding VAT, will be charged per occasion.

10.2.4. The minimum monthly charge is SEK 9,999.99, excluding VAT, excluding the services Storage (according to point 2) and Delivery (according to point 5).

4.3.2. For each unique order packed by Brizo according to level Premium, the Customer is charged SEK 14.99 excluding VAT.

4.3.3. For each unique order packed by Brizo according to level Excellence, the Customer is charged SEK 19.99 excluding VAT.

4.3.4. If Brizo provides packaging material, the Customer will be charged the purchase price plus 19.99%, provided information regarding what packaging material was used for a specific order is available. If the information regarding which packaging material was used in a particular order is unavailable, the Customer will be charged SEK 4.99, excluding VAT, for packaging for each unique order.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. Description of the service

Brizo can hand over a processed order to one of the delivery partners Brizo has an agreement with.

5.2. Terms

5.2.1. The Customer can use Brizo’s agreement with delivery partners and thereby get Brizo’s discounts.

5.2.2. Brizo is not responsible for the order and delivery after Brizo has handed it over to a delivery partner.

5.2.3. For failed delivery, the Customer must compensate Brizo for the costs incurred. The costs for restocking a return and re-preparing the package for dispatch will be calculated at the same price as processing an order and a return.

6.1. Description of the service

Brizo can handle returns, which include receiving the goods, inspecting them, notifying the Customer of damage and other problems, and registering and returning the goods to stock.

6.2. Price

For each unique order that is returned to Brizo, the Customer is charged SEK 14.99 excluding VAT and for each product in the order the Customer is charged SEK 4.99 excluding VAT.
